We're hiring a Video Producer at Ajeeb Studio, someone who shoots and edits, not just one or the other. You'll be behind the camera on set and behind the timeline in the edit, turning raw footage into content our clients and our own brands (Ajeeb TV, Ajeeb Collective, Ajeeb Design Fest) actually want to post. This role is Karachi-based, you need to be able to show up on set.
Shooting short-form video content, on location and in studio
Editing raw footage into polished, sharable cuts
Running your own shoot, camera, basic lighting, and sound, without a big crew
Turning around edits fast without sacrificing quality
Adapting pacing and style across different brand voices, agency, streetwear, festival, community
Flagging technical or logistical problems on set before they become expensive ones
A strong reel that's actually yours, shot and edited by you, not just directed by someone else
Comfort running a shoot solo: camera, basic lighting, sound
Fast, clean editing turnaround
Based in Karachi and able to be on set on short notice, this is mandatory, not flexible
An eye for pacing and story in short-form content, reels, brand films, event coverage
Experience with a branding or creative agency, or an in-house content team
Comfort shooting across categories, fashion, events, corporate, festival
Basic color grading or sound mixing skills

A Loom video, mandatory, 2 to 3 minutes: walk us through the best piece of work in your reel, explain what you actually did on it and why it works, and tell us what kind of work you want to be doing more of.
